The Exercises Of Falun Dafa
Falun Dafa is an ancient holistic Chinese practice for your spirit, mind, and body. Its organized practices include meditation, and soft, slow movements. It’s a well developed practice that’s designed to refine your spirit and body and improve your mind. Its primary element consists of the universal principles of tolerance, benevolence, and truthfulness.
This practice was first introduced in China in 1922 by Mr. Li Hongzhi. He spread this practice through word-of-mouth. Mr. Li is considered a Teacher or Master in Chinese tradition. He never accepts nor has received any monetary benefits or special treatment from anyone. His desire is to make this age-old Chinese art available to everyone for free. He has visited Switzerland, Canada, and the United States, where he has delivered infrequent lectures.
Falun Dafa is an advanced form of Falun Gong and is practiced by a lot of people of all backgrounds, cultures, and ages. Currently, it is being practiced in over 60 countries throughout the world. A great number of people who have regularly practiced Falun Dafa have noted improvements in their energy, health, and stress level.
The following are the exercises of Falun Dafa:
1. The Falun Standing Position
Principles: This comforting form of mediation exercise is made up of four wheel-holding positions. Its movements are simple and performing this position can facilitate the opening up of your entire body.
2. Buddha Revealing A Thousand Hands
Principles: The aim is to stretch the body to remove blockages in areas where energy has built up. The body stretches help stimulate the energy under the skin and inside the body. This allows the energy to flow rapidly and naturally enabling a significant amount of energy from the universe to enter your body.
3. The Great Heavenly Circuit
Principles: Promotes the flow of your human body energy over wide areas. This is considered an intermediate-level exercise.
4. Tonifying Divine Powers
Principles: This is a multi-purpose and peaceful civilization exercise designed to strengthen the gong potency and divine powers through the use of Buddha hand signs.
5. Penetrating The Two Cosmic Extremes
Principles: This is an exercise that can help carry the cosmos energy and combine it with the energy inside your body. In this exercise, a significant amount of energy is forced out which allows your body to be purified. It can also release the blockages in the channels under your feet and open the crest on top of your head.
